Ideally, what YOU bring:

1-2 Years of Residential service experience with heat pumps, furnaces, and ACs -
(Enough experience that you'd feel comfortable doing low-level DX work if on call)

Mechanical & mathematical aptitude
-
Engaging communication skills to build relationships
-
Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
-
Positive attitude and ethical approach to service & sales
-
Problem-solving skills - a creative, fix-it mentality!
-
Washington State Driver’s License and Proof of Insurability
-
Must pass MVR & background check
-
Physical dexterity
Even Better?
-
HVAC licensing -
Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and service of residential systems
-
Knowledge of State & Local regulations
-
Tablet-based software experience is a plus
-
EPA Certification
-
Experience with refrigeration piping, installation, and pressure testing, vacuum down, commissioning
