As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation services to our residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Our HVAC Service Technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems. You will guide and advise the customer to select the most appropriate air quality system to fulfill their requirements.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
• Assisting with customers' queries.

Requirements:

• · EPA Certification.
• · HVAC Certification.
• · 2+ Years’ Service Technician or Installer Experience (HVAC)*
• · Valid Driver’s License.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Working knowledge of boiler systems.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
• Requires local travel as necessary.
