As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality maintenance and service, every time. What we need done:
- Perform tune-ups, diagnose and repair common issues on newer HVAC systems.
- Be efficient and accurate.
- Establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
- Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Adhere to quality checklists to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Maintain clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to advance your career.
- Complete accurate and timely paperwork.
- Be a champion of safety.

- Experience installing and/or diagnosing issues on HVAC systems.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
