As an HVAC Installer Helper, you would provide exceptional customer service delivery while troubleshooting HVAC systems in a residential setting.
Duties and schedule are subject to change.

Duties:

• Take and follow instructions regarding the collection and acquisition of tools and equipment.
• Assist HVAC technicians in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on commercial and private properties.
• Measure and prepare the materials required for HVAC installations.
• Ensure that all systems remain in compliance with standards and protocols.
• Assist in identifying maintenance risks on HVAC systems.
• Ensure that all tools and materials required for an HVAC project are in good working order.
• Create and maintain records of all HVAC installations, repair, and maintenance tasks.
• Devise and implement methods in order to ensure that clients’ property remains safe.
• Assist HVAC technician installing ductwork in attic space or under home.
• Organized and manage truck stock.
• Fully utilizes technology (tablet, smartphone).
• Create and submit Service Reports and Quality Inspection images and reports.
• Completes other duties as assigned or required without complaining.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License
• EPA
• HVAC Certification is a plus.

- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing.
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching.
- Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds.
- Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases.
- Requires local travel as necessary.

Physical Demands: HVAC technicians can often spend their time bending, crouched, or lean on their knees as they install and work on different types of equipment. Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
