Overview:

The HVAC Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems on job sites in Cape Cod. They will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The HVAC Field Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of HVAC technicians and will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships in the Cape Cod area

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians on job sites.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and time sheets.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the work being performed.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise on job sites.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed.
  • Provide training and support to HVAC technicians.
  • Maintaining inventory of tools and equipment.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships.
  • Understand and comply with local codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with budgeting and project management.
  • HVAC certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good physical condition, able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations.

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour
