Performance Mechanical Group, one of the premier mechanical HVAC contractors in the Puget Sound area is looking for an experienced HVAC Commercial Installer to join our team.

Job Title: HVAC Commercial Installer
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $25 - $45(DOE) + Bonus Up To $5,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM with overtime as needed to meet business needs

HVAC Commercial Installer Position Summary:
The HVAC Commercial Installer manages and performs commercial HVAC installations per specifications. Is responsible for installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including packaged rooftop units, Split systems, Evaporative Coolers, Exhaust Fans, Water heaters, and Ductless, controls.

HVAC Commercial Installer required knowledge, skills, and experience:

• 5yr + HVAC installation experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certificate.
• Valid EAP Certification.
• MUST HAVE a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in furnace installation.
• Able to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories.
• Can complete simple low-voltage and high-voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, and air conditioners.
• Test line sets evacuate and charge systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing ladders.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic Math skills.
• Must be able to meet short deadlines with the ability to work variable hours when a project requires.
