Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years apartment maintenance experience
• HVAC certified
• Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, appliances, get ready and preventative maintenance
• Ability to prioritize work
• Good customer service skills
• Inspect grounds, buildings and other community features, manage the turn-key operations and work directly with the Property Manager
• Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills
• Work with vendors and oversee ordering supplies
• Reliable, insured transportation and provide own tools
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed
