Job description
Arisa Health is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for our Springdale location. We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience working in Human Resources. A bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources is a plus.
Job duties include maintaining personnel files, OSHA/Workers Compensation reporting, providing reception for the building, calling recent job applicants, updating recruiting processes, ordering supplies, making copies, and other Human Resources duties as required. Previous experience working with Human Resources software is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with competence using Microsoft Excel and Word, and website entry.
Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No phone calls please.
