Terminal Supply Co in Troy, MI is seeking a full-time Human Resource Recruiter. This position is heavily focused on recruiting for our open sales positions nationwide.
The Company, founded in 1966, has more than 200 employees across multiple facilities in several states and in Mexico. Corporate headquarters are located in Troy, Michigan, where this job is based. TSC is an electrical component and wire harness supply house in the automotive, heavy-duty equipment and industrial markets.
Job Requirements
- Perform HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager
- Focusing on recruiting for open positions nationwide
- Support recruitment activities using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to recruit for open positions
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Onboarding new employees
- Working with hiring managers to improve job descriptions and recruiting documents
