Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Human Resources Manager to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals. We are looking for candidates that are motivated, compassionate, and are looking to advance their career in a community that is always growing.

Responsibilities:

  • Handles payroll for 150+ employees.
  • Manage employee evaluation scheduling, time off requests, raise requests etc.
  • Assists with the review of documentation for compliance with federal and state regulations, payroll, and access issues; resolving problems; and providing customer service with clear, thoughtful, and considerate responses to salary related inquiries.
  • Develops and maintains tracking system for open positions. Recruits, screens, onboards, and orients new hires according to facility needs and budget.
  • Develops, and conducts staff development program including training and education. Ensures license and required certifications are appropriate and current.
  • Develops and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale, motivation and engagement. Provides coaching and conflict resolution for managers and employees.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ relevant human resources experience required.
  • High attention to detail and pro-active thinking is a must.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Must be responsible and reliable.
  • High level of maturity, discretion, initiative and professionalism required.
  • Excellent communications and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
