HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

Our client in Burbank, CA is looking for a HR Generalist. This is a direct hire position.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, the plant HR Generalist provides day-to-day tactical support for a manufacturing union site. The role involves working closely with site managers in the administration and development of a variety of HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, benefit plans and HRIS systems. Required skills:

· 5+ years of Human Resources experience resolving Employee Relations/HR-Compliance issues coming from the union Manufacturing industry - Aerospace preferred.

· Experience in Recruiting

· Experience working in a union-facility

· Bilingual in English and Spanish

· Expert in MS Excel

· Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.

· Must be U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
