Job description
*This is a Part-Time position and must be available on Mondays*
- Updates HRIS with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains books currently.
- Assist HR Department with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by all departments.
- Administer the processing of initial employment documentation, the establishment of personnel and medical files, and documentation of required information in payroll and human resources information systems.
- Update personnel records for new and terminating employees and other related changes in status regarding personal data.
- Assists in employee file maintenance.
- Prepares new employee files and related information packets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior experience working with database management
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
