Hiring Immediately! HR Administrator. Part-time. 20-24hr./week. $18-$22/hr. On-site.
We are looking for someone with a passion for human resources to assist the VP of HR at a manufacturing company that makes materials for various industries (aerospace, military, transportation). Flexible schedule. On-site NOT remote.
Job Description:
- Assist with recruitment and hiring practices
- Ensure that hiring and onboarding practices are compliant
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Complete I9 forms for all incoming hires
Skills:
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- 2 years of prior experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree or associates preferred
- Good organization skills and ability to work well in time sensitive situations
