Talent & Performance Specialist


Town Pump invites you to explore an exciting opportunity as our Talent & Performance Specialist within the Human Resources Department. Town Pump desires an innovator who is passionate about lifelong learning, continuous improvement and organizational development, and organizational change and transformation. This Specialist will serve as a liaison with operational divisions and HR to implement programs and processes that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage the organization’s talent pool. This Specialist will be accountable for a variety of recruitment performance and retention responsibilities, with a focus on the employee experience from recruiting, to hiring, orientation and beyond. This Specialist position will also provide HRIS support as well as support for other special projects.


We are looking for a Specialist who will help management evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s talent and recruitment strategies. This Specialist will identify trends, issues, and opportunities in the marketplace to enhance sourcing and hiring of candidates. The Specialist will develop and maintain the processes to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communications and efficient application and onboarding. The Specialist will coordinate and develop new staff orientation programs.


This Specialist will execute talent and performance management strategies. The successful candidate will manage talent and performance efforts to support the organization’s growth and strategic goals to keep Town Pump at the forefront in the industry. These efforts will include developing talent review strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of existing retention incentive programs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop recruitment advertising campaigns that best represents the Town Pump brand and capture the attention of target candidates
  • Define and manage all recruitment channels
  • Organize career fairs
  • Create an extraordinary candidate experience
  • Anticipate organizational hiring needs and define talent pipelines
  • Plan, conduct, and coordinate best in class recruitment and selection processes
  • Manage all aspects of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Plan and implement a comprehensive performance management and retention strategies across all operational divisions
  • Communicate performance standards and expectations
