Job description
We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resource (HR) Specialist to join our team and manage human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, worker’s compensation, leave cases, and recruiting new employees, including background checks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that the all the employee record and paperwork is timely processed
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Manage onboarding for corporate employees and support stores with onboarding and any onboarding issues
- Assist and collaborate with operations teams for an effective talent acquisition process
- Assist with Worker’s Compensation claim management
- Manage Leave cases
- Review and filter applications from potential candidates
- Recruit and onboard new employees and conduct technical interviews to assess their skills
- Oversee the recruitment drive and hiring campaigns
- Update the company’s private database with the employee records associated with recruiting, onboarding, incrementing, or terminating an employee
- Perform reference checks and verify that the experience aligns with company needs
HR Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Complete familiarity with HR processes and programs
- Skills to multitask efficiently and the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Positive attitude towards challenges and excellent problem-solving skills
- Great attention-to-detail
- Prior knowledge of human resources management software
