Job Summary: Candidate will serve as a program coordinator for the internship office and assist in coaching and advising interns. Responsibilities will include employee development, performance management/mapping, intern screening, strategic planning, organization of programs and activities, and development of the program to support the direction and culture of the organization.

Through SLMG CO-OP select interns and fellows assist with powering ideas, implementing management solutions, managing media, and providing support and creative direction to the consumer-facing image of our brands and clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise interns and serve as a performance coach and advisor during their tenure
- Gathering and analyzing performance data
- Design and review policies related to employee performance
- Lead, develop and inspire teams
- Source, recruit, and interview prospective candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Master’s student or recent graduate in human resources, psychology, or related field (Required)
- 1 year of advising experience (Preferred)
- 1 year of management experience (Preferred)
WORK SCHEDULE 10-15 Hours Weekly

Pay: Up to $100.00 per year
