Are you someone with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail? If so, we have a new opportunity for you to join our Human Resources Team as an HR Payroll Coordinator. As the HR Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our bi-weekly payroll process, including maintaining accurate records, preparing tax reports, and overseeing day-to-day administration of time off for all HCRS staff.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of federal and state pay related regulations.
  • The ability to be organized and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong cooperation and collaboration skills.
  • A high school diploma or GED and one to three years of relevant experience.
