Bi-Lingual English & Spanish fluent. Based in Brockton, MA, this team member will report to the VP, HR and will support recruiting, onboarding, employee communications, office administration and supplies / purchasing.

Onsite downtown Brockton, MA: Can be PT from 8:30 AM - 1:30PM or FT 8AM-5PM

Works closely with Corporate Office team to ensure consistency of service to the Brockton, MA team members.

  • Works collaboratively with HR Team to improve efficiency of staffing, onboarding, learning & development, measuring success and performance, benefits/enrollments, recognition, rewarding and growing our team in key areas of the business.
  • Leads full life cycle recruitment for front line to mid-level positions and is accountable for ensuring an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates.
  • Attends and hosts job fairs and events.
  • Prepares onboarding documents, background checks, recruiting information and other assigned tasks.
  • Builds strong business partnerships and knowledge through leveraging relationships with Team members.
  • Travels to Fort Lauderdale main office for training minimally.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and the People Team to determine staffing needs and determines best approach to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure individual state and Federal compliance and ongoing Safety-first workplaces. Manage risk and WC claims as well as continually strategize safety training and team rewards for safe work place.
  • Works with HR Team to plan events, purchase items and catering as needed.
  • Orients new employees and actively participate in Company’s promotion of values.
  • Leads prioritization and strategy on recruiting including utilizing all HR resources as needed.
  • Leads and champions ongoing engagement with hiring sources that drive a diverse pool of candidates including those that share our passion for sharing Company opportunities for candidates with disabilities, minority and female candidates and veterans.
  • Creates clarity for hiring managers as to process steps for talent acquisition internally & externally and consults with managers throughout process to ensure that all steps are carried forth to successful hire through evaluation of candidates after onboarding. Train, coach and guide hiring managers ongoing.
  • Learns and develops self on company values, company business, technologies that and HR compliance.
  • Supports HR Reporting Development and ongoing Analysis.
  • Assists employees with understanding of benefits and other HR policies and programs.
  • Maintains and responds to office maintenance requests, requests for supplies, requests for assistance with process, etc.
  • Distributes and organizes supplies in office locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of related experience on an HR team.

Fluency in speaking and communicating in writing in Spanish. Assists non-English fluent and all team members with daily inquiries through use of conversational Spanish to assist with routine questions related to benefits, programs, policies and other company questions.

Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Project Management preferred.

  • Must be goal-oriented with demonstrated ability to interact successfully in unfamiliar or new environments and to determine best course of action.
  • Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with multiple ATS platforms required. Hireology preferred. Experience with ADP Workforcenow a plus.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication and presentation skill .
  • Excellent follow up, accuracy and documentation of activities and actions.
  • Positive, personable, creative, professional and flexible team member.
  • Frequently required to lift up to 15 pounds, use stairs for accessing working areas, reach, hear and give instructions, see data, enter data and visually review information.
