The Human Resources Co-Op responsibilities include providing administrative support, coworker events, drafting communications and assisting the Leadership Team with seasonal hiring, policy guidelines and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Help in organizing company events and corporate activities.
  • Assist with job postings, ensure that hiring managers have the necessary support for seasonal hiring.
  • Organize and set up job fairs and interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Learn about the company’s HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related information to be able to respond to internal staff inquiries.
  • Assist with HR duties such as Open Enrollment activities, Town Hall & ACM Meetings.
  • Assist with organizing training and development of coworkers.
  • Provide administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
  • Must be able to commit to a 6 month Co-Op Cycle - July 2023- December 2023
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift at least 35 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience highly recommended.
