R Assistant - FT/Days - $18.00 - $26.00/HR
Are you a motivated hardworking customer service oriented, team leader that loves helping other people?

- Assist with processing of background checks, and new hire paperwork.
- Support the recruiting functions, sourcing, scheduling interviews, etc.
- Maintain accuracy of HRIS system records and compiles reports as requested from databases.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years HR experience/knowledge with solid foundation in HR disciplines and best practices.
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent in experience.
- Your organized, sincere, empathetic and proactive.
- Your not afraid of hard work with multiple priorities, and adaptable to change.
- Intermediate Word, Excel skills required to perform job.
- Experience in Health Care considered a plus
