Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and maintain regional and global HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

· Work with various department managers to recruit, interview, and hire new employees and subcontractors.

· Assist the CEO in handling discipline and termination of employees according to company policies.

· Manages the employee benefits program including enrolling new employees and answering questions from staff about benefits.

· Develop and maintain internal employee trainings and work with various department managers to assist in the development of on the job training and employee onboarding procedures.

· Maintain all employees in global employee database.

· Manage, track, and report all employee time off requests including PTO, sick leave, etc.

· Report applicable employee health and safety data on a monthly basis.

· Develop a plan to improve company culture including a calendar of team bonding events and employee recognition programs.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

· Minimum of 2-3 years in human resource management

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,080.00 - $64,480.00 per year
