The HR Coordinator is inquisitive and curious, we don’t want you to do it ‘this way’ because that is how we have always done things. We want someone that thrives in an environment where they get to ‘build’ the future, we don’t run and maintain we challenge the status quo. You will support the daily operations of the entire Platform and help our team take UFT to the next level in our journey.

What you will do:

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database records in HRIS. (Payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.)
  • Work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
  • Gather and process data, conduct basic data analysis, and assist in the development of reports and recommendations.
  • Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration.
  • Coordinate New Hire orientation and training sessions for new employees.
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled payroll processes and distribute as requested.
  • Act as the point of contact for training within the payroll system.
  • Provide updates to HR staff for outstanding items.
Requirements:

Experience/ Background:

  • 2+ years of HR coordination experience
  • Working experience with payroll systems- Paylocity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with changing priorities
  • Must be able to work on-site 4 days a week
