Sterling Office Professionals has teamed up with our client in the Pittsburgh area in search of Insurance Housing Specialist Manager (East Coast) to add to their rapidly growing team in the housing relocation business specializing in the relocation of displaced families to temporary housing while adequate repairs can be made to their homes.

Job Details:

• This position is dealing with a team of Housing Specialist
• Contract to Hire or direct.
• Daylight Shift 8:30 – 5 Monday – Friday
• Pay 65 k per year.
• + Commission

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Training and management of the housing specialist team
• locating suitable hotel and rental properties
• negotiating necessary terms, and coordinating the move-in and move-out, as
• Excellent Ability to Locate Suitable Properties in Fast, Efficient Manner
• Excellent Ability to Coordinate Numerous Details
• Excellent Ability to Work Under Pressure
• Excellent Ability to Multi-Task
• Ability to act as a liaison between the insurance company and homeowner Negotiate rental rates

Education and Experience:

• College or Business school Graduate
• 5+ years’ experience in Insurance Housing (required)
• 3+ years Management (required)
• Must be an experienced Temporary Relocation Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
