Responsibilities

• Respond to housing and guest requests and needs; take the appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and distribute the linen and room supplies at the property.
• Clean housing, restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other communal areas.
• Inspect the facilities and grounds at the property; ensure all areas are clean and sanitized.
• Ensure compliance with Employee Housing Guidelines.
• Support the associate transportation shuttle service when required.
• All other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, and safe operation of a 10 passenger van required.
• Exposure to varying climate changes and must be comfortable driving in extreme weather conditions.
• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass pre-employment MVR and drug test.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Constant standing, walking lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions.
• Requires unrestricted vision and hearing to perform day and night driving duties.
• Must be able to sit and safely operate vehicle for extended periods without becoming distracted.
• Exposure to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
• Exposure to chemicals to clean and sanitize housing areas and equipment.
