Position Summary: Oversees the development, overall implementation and day-to-day operation of the FSRI Housing Security and Economic Mobility service continuum. The continuum primarily includes the Home Find, Home At Last, Housing Stabilization, and Link-to-Quality Jobs programs, along with ancillary programs and services. This position plays a leadership role in expanding services, outreach and vision for the service continuum.

Qualifications:

• FSRI will consider variety of related bachelor level or higher educational degrees and/or clinical credentials.
• Experience with the Rhode Island housing field required.
• Strong project management and program development skills required, as well as experience working collaboratively with community providers and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g., funding proposals, program materials, reports, position papers, policy documents, public presentations, etc.) preferred.
• FSRI values staff with bilingual language capacity and familiarity with the local community they will be serving.
• FSRI includes pay incentives for bilingual staff.
