POSITION SUMMARY The casino housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, glass, walls and stairs. The housekeeper is also responsible for vacuuming all casino floors and mopping floors around the Service bars, and offices.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following statements are intended as general examples of the duties of this position and are not all-inclusive. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.

1. Responsible for cleaning all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.

2. Responsible for vacuuming all floors.

3. Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.

4. Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms and entrance.

5. Responsible for removing all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans and depositing in the outside dumpsters.

6. Creating a clean, safe, friendly and fun atmosphere for all guests and employees.

7. Cleaning up biohazard fluids on the property while wearing the appropriate protective gear.

8. Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.

9. Provides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
10. Report to work in a neat clean and pressed uniform. Well groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
