RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure a clean and orderly environment within 5 properties (3 in 90043; 1 in 90813 and 1 in 90008) using the appropriate tools provided.
• Clean mirrors, sinks, showers, and restroom surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as appropriate.
• Change, clean, and replace linens on beds.
• Dusting and cleaning surfaces.
• Clean upholstered furniture properly.
• Sterilize various tools and equipment.
• Move reasonably small furniture, as necessary.
• Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment.
• Collect and dispose of waste and debris appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting multiple properties
• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently (ability to speak multiple languages preferred).
• Have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle, or have your own transportation to and from the work location.
• Ability to pass a background pre-employment background and reference checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
