Job Description:

Performs a combination of light cleaning duties throughout the facility to meet the Department of Health regulations. Will maintain a clean and orderly facility by collecting and disposing of waste materials, cleaning rooms and hallways. Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, restocking bathrooms and mopping.

Wages:

• Pay starts at $16.00 per hour depending on experience. A great wage for light cleaning duties!

Hours:

• 20 Hours per Week | Monday to Friday | 5pm – 9pm | Wait for it…No Weekends or Holidays!!

Minimum Education:

• High school preferred; must be able to read and write English.
• Must have basic math knowledge and be able to follow instructions.
• Knowledgeable about housekeeping procedures/techniques. Will be trained on the job.

Minimum Experience:

• Prior housekeeping experience is helpful
• A good job history is preferable.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Additional Qualifications:

• Customer service skills, patient confidentiality, time management and knowledge of MN Department of Health standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to use cleaning items and cleaning agents, including but not limited to mops, floor cleaners, scouring pads, buffers, and vacuums. Upon Hire

• Ability to care for equipment, measure cleaning agents, and be alert to potential hazards. Upon Hire

Physical Demands:

• This position will require frequent standing, walking, working with chemicals and potential infectious materials. PPE will be provided.
