Cambria Hotel is hiring a Maintenance Manager for our gorgeous, contemporary, upscale hotel. You will be responsible for the properties daily and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate must have experience in HVAC, minor electrical/plumbing work, and pool operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation and completion of preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas (inside and outside).
• Works with General Manager on implementation of remodeling/refurbishment projects or installation of new equipment. Oversees subcontractors work to ensure it meets standards.
• Monitors the budget and control expenses.
• Maintains all pool and spa equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• College or advanced vocational training preferred.
• Ability to complete certifications in pool operations, CPO certification, Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, or licensed plumber and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter.
• Must have a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation in order to travel between operational sights and other business needs.
