Job Requirements:- Good communication skills- Great customer service skills- Computer skills- Ability to effectively deal with guest concerns in a friendly and positive manner- Checking guests in and out of the hotel- Promoting and selling hotel programs, special rate packages, and upgrades when appropriate- Must have excellent telephone etiquette skills- Ensuring special requests are fulfilled and communicated with respective departments- Cash handling experience preferred- Managing and resolving guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner- Enter and manage Guest Reservations- Well-organized.
Require flexible and open work schedule: Weekday, Weekend, Morning shift, Afternoon shift, Night Audit (Overnight) shift, Weekends and Holidays.
