Hotel Chief Engineer
Job description
We are currently seeking experienced Chief Engineer.
Will offer a competitive salary based on experience.
Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning systems.
Maintain proper working function of equipment and items in guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.
Responsible for ordering parts/supplies/equipment as needed.
Respond to guest maintenance issues in rooms and around the hotel.
Must have Previous hotel maintenance experience.
Benefits available after 90-days
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
