Opportunity

The Hotel Ambassador may work at any main lobby area of Kohler Hotel building(s) making guests feel welcomed and assisted while sustaining a lively, welcoming public area. The Hotel Ambassador will interact with a variety of hotel guests, groups, and customers and will be a brand ambassador for Kohler Hospitality.

Specific Responsibilities include:

• Welcome guests and visitors directing them to their next destination
• Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and history
• Maintain a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions. Also have a detailed knowledge of the history of Kohler and the assigned hotel
• Provide directions and maps, including walking trails, city map, or state maps
• Provide, refill, and/or serve Welcome Beverages
• Perform clearing rounds of public areas
• Keep inventory of beverage station equipment

This is a Full Time position working weekdays & weekends, shifts will vary between 6:00am-10:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be able to understand and speak fluent English
• Must be able to physically stand for multiple hours as well as reach, lift, and push
• Must be 18 years of age
