We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team of servers at our busy restaurant. The right candidate will have experience using a POS system, and will enjoy interacting with customers and maintaining great relationships with other team members. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing multiple tables at once, has excellent communication skills, and is well-organized.
Responsibilities:
- Be courteous to customers.
- Be able to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied.
- Exhibit self-motivation and work well without supervision.
- Handle loud and crowded environments.
- Make good time management decisions when balancing multiple tables.
- Be able to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
