Job description

We are seeking a Home Health Aide to become a part of our team! You will provide routine home healthcare to a patient at the patient's home or in a care facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
• Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
• Grocery shopping, meal prep
• Provide companionship to the patient
• Assist patient with scheduling doctors appointments, as well as accompanying clients to appointments if or when necessary
• Monitor and report changes in patient health status
• Provide specialized healthcare such as medication reminders
• Teach family members ways to care for patient
• Provide light house keeping for the patient

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, or other related fields
• Prior experience is preferred, but not required - We will train you.
• Reliable Transportation

• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
