Good to have 0-4 years of experience in Pharmacy/ Healthcare Benefits administration area and Hands on computing experience is a must. familiarity with Mainframe , PL/SQL, .NET , AS400, Java / open systems-based applications preferred

• Logical approach to problems /issues resolution, gather facts, takes corrective action, escalate problems at appropriate stage, and ability to work on own initiative to follow up and resolve issues raised
• Solve highly complex problems (at different levels), involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty.
• Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation resources, when appropriate
• Document known errors and update SOPs based on continuous learning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
