We are a family-owned company that builds highways and bridges throughout the Midwest. Currently, we are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators for our crews in Central Arkansas.

What we need:
- Self-management skills - ability to receive instructions and complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as motor-graders, bulldozers, graders, excavators, etc.
- Familiarity with grade control
- Responsibility - consistently complete daily visuals, clean/grease equipment, etc., and report maintenance concerns to Superintendent
- Preferred Certification: OSHA 10 Hour

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
