Are you an experienced HVAC Installer looking for a reputable, stable company with supportive management who will value what you bring to the organization? Due to growth, we are immediately seeking exceptional HVAC Installers to deliver the most efficient, highest quality experiences in residential HVAC installations. Dave’s World is a values based company that believes that the customer’s needs come first. This position is ideal for someone who is immediately seeking long-term employment. Tasks include but not limited to.

Installation of Mini-Split Heat Pumps

Work with Electricians to install heat pumps

Drive to and from Job sites

Ability to read and understand installation instructions for heat pump equipment.

Qualifications.

Need to have experience. At least have had installed 200 heat pumps.

Burner License would be a benefit

Must have 3 references

Must have hand tools. We provide the power tools, ladders and specialty refrigeration equipment.

Must know how to triple evacuate system.

Must be a team player

Must be able to work long hours and possible one Saturday per month.
