Responsible for business strategy development to drive the Heathcare Market Segment growth in the Americas. The candidate needs to obtain industry and customer insights, identify trends and opportunities, develop impactful growth initiatives and drive the strategic plan to increase Keysight market shares in the healthcare electronic and infrastructure sub-segments.
The ideal candidate should have a test and measurement background and exposure to customer-facing experiences, particularly in the medical device industry. Comfortable with challenger sales concept, strategic positioning, and strong customer focus mentality. As a business development manager, the candidate is expected to work in a cross-functional organization and partnering key stakeholders to drive business results.
It is a challenging but rewarding role where you will need to
- Focus on industry and customer insights and insights-to-opportunities conversions.
- Be the industry thought leader and consultant to group and business level managers.
- Develop growth strategy and initiatives to drive double digits growth in the industry segment.
- Consolidate and manage the business performance reporting and dashboard of segment orders.
- In-depth industry knowledge and propose potential external partnerships and M&A
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- 10+ years relevant experience (>5 years in healthcare industry is preferred).
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom application development.
- Proven good business judgment and working experience within the healthcare industry are preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA and MDR compliance and development lifecycle for medical devices is a big plus.
- Background in software test automation and device cybersecurity.
- Able to work independently and at the same time demonstrate good teamwork behavior to work across different functions and regions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and goal-oriented,

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.
California Pay Range: $156,000 - $286,600.00
New York City Pay Range: $156,000-$261,000.00
Colorado Pay Range: $145,000 - $241,000.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
