DeliverIt Pharmacy is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Infusion and Specialty Collections Specialist for our Sugar Land offices.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts for infusion and specialty pharmacy clients.
• Review detailed patient information for payment resolution accordingly.
• Collecting on and working directly with PPO, Medicare, and Medicaid, etc.
• Reprocess denied medical claims.
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines as well as various policies and guidelines.
• Provide itemized billing statements and screen HIPAA authorization forms, etc.
• Review accounts and assist with resolving outstanding balances with patients.
• Complete precise billing procedures for private-pay patients.
• Conduct brief financial analyses.
• Analyze and code procedures and diagnosis using ICD-10 & similar codes.
• Assist with the charge master review, etc.
• Process check-by-phone and/or ACH requests accurately.

Education and Other Prerequisites

• High school diploma or greater is required.

At least 2 years' experience is preferred in the following:

• Specialty pharmacy collections.
• High dollar accounts receivable (A/R).
• ICD-10.
• CareTend software.

Proficiency in any of the following languages is encouraged, but not required:

Spanish

Arabic

French

Vietnamese

Hindi

Gujarati

Urdu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• ICD-10: 2 years (Preferred)
• CareTend software: 2 years (Preferred)
• High-dollar A/R: 2 years (Preferred)
• ICD-9: 2 years (Preferred)
