Healthcare Group looking for call center representatives to assist members with their questions and requests.

POSITION SUMMARY

Drives customer loyalty and provides excellent telephonic customer service to our customers (members and providers). This position will work with other departments in order to respond to customer and provider concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Job detail:

· Full time direct hire opportunity

· Bilingual in Spanish is a MUST

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Healthcare industry experience / knowledge preferred but not required

· Call center and customer service skills preferred

· Well mannered, polite, and well-spoken is a must

· Not remote, must come to the office

· Job responsibilities: Healthcare plan discussions, pull up directories, help member find near provider, navigate member’s insurance information

. Cold call potential members to learn about their insurance coverage, with the goal of getting them to switch to our organization for healthcare coverage

· Makes Primary Care Provider changes based on member needs or preference.

. Coordinates urgent care accessibility by providing locations or scheduling appointment at urgent care of members choice

. Assists in primary care site discharges by reviewing provider requests and providing available options to member while ensuring a smooth transition.

. When there’s down time volunteer to learn new skills or help others

· De-escalates difficult members by providing excellent customer service and giving options.
