We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Benefits Supervisor to join our team and oversee the management of our healthcare benefits program. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of healthcare benefits regulations and be able to ensure that our organization operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the administration of our healthcare benefits program
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Monitor changes in healthcare benefits regulations and make appropriate updates
Develop and implement healthcare benefits policies and procedures
Assist in the development of benefit plans and evaluate new healthcare benefits products
Assist in the development of benefit communications for employees
Analyze benefit utilization data to identify trends and recommend changes
Respond to employee inquiries regarding healthcare benefits
$75,000 - $100,000
Knowledge of healthcare benefits laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
