HOME INSTEAD CARDIFF are recruiting.
Hourly Rate from £11.00ph to £23.00ph (CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW)
No experience is required and you will be earning a competitive hourly rate before you are qualified. Do to the nature of our client's needs we are only recruiting female staff for these positions.
We have a wide range of shifts too so you can work full-time or part-time, days, evenings or weekends enabling you to still have time for your family.
The services we provide:
COMPANIONSHIP SERVICES
To provide professional companionship services
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
§ Offer companionship and conversation
§ Monitor diet and eating
§ Provide medication reminders
§ Accompany to appointments and social events
HOME HELP SERVICES
§ Run errands/collect prescriptions etc
§ Provide light housekeeping/complete laundry/change beds
§ Plan, prepare and tidy away meal
§ Help with shopping
PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
§ Help with bathing, dressing and grooming
§ Help with continence care
§ Provide dementia/ Alzheimer care
Empathy, understanding.
