Roles + Responsibilities

* Must have strong Leadership, Motivation, Customer Service and Sales Skills. Lead the Staff with positivity and determine best practices to raise sales and reach goals.

Operations + HR:

Evaluate, implement and manage a sound and strategic team program across the Company that elevates productivity + profitability, staff retention, and an enriching work culture, including:

  • Generating Revenue across all Studios and Reaching Studio Goals
  • Team hiring, training
  • Ensure the Company is well staffed to drive success
  • Coaching team to solidify best practices, sales goals, culture + growth
  • Delegation of responsibilities to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct reviews of team members – across 30, 60, 90, annual + assessment of promotions
  • Streamline + refine system of operations + team structure
  • Identify and implement best practices
  • Set routine meeting plans across team levels
  • Oversee + refine training materials and operations handbook
  • Ensure (senior) staff coverage at all Studios
  • Developing and managing budgets for each property based on projected sales figures, operating costs, and profit margins
  • Drive + achieve sales goals, KPIs, with year over year growth
  • Set goals and performance-based reviews + rewards for all team members
  • Senior lead on developing analytics and sales strategies - setting goals and leading performance
  • Identify and generate new paths of revenue – through partnerships, retail, and service/seasonal offerings

Living in the Greater Nashville is preferred so you know the areas to market. Having managed prior to this position is preferred, so you have knowledge of what that entails.
