FULL-TIME!
Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: $22.00 per hour
The Utlility Worker performs general light duty engineering and handyman functions when the facility/building is occupied to ensure good order at all times.
Essential Functions
As directed by building engineer:
- Identify and replace light bulbs
- Painting
- Minor door repair
- Minor electrical repairs
- Minor plumbing repairs (unclog soap dispensers, drains, etc.)
- Minor drywall repairs
- Replace carpet tiles
- Stocking of supplies – bulbs, filters, paint, etc.
- Clean-up where repairs have been made
- Respond to maintenance requests (calls/tickets) from tenants
- Assist Engineers in variety of day-to-day activities including routine tests
- Snow removal – operate snow blower or other equipment (power sweeper/washer)
