Essential Job Functions:

Guest Focused. Greet, welcome, and consults with guest to achieve a clear understanding of the type of services and results that the guest desires.

Performs quality hair services as agreed upon by guest and stylist. Common daily tasks include:

• Demonstrating and selling products
• Waxing eyebrows and facial hair
• Trimming, cutting, and shaving hair utilizing clippers, scissors, and trimmers
• Application of chemicals for color, highlight, styling, straightening, and perming
• Using hair dryers, irons, and rollers
• Educate guest on the correct way to care for their hair and recommend products that will achieve the desired results for home hair care
• Achieve production goals as determined by your Team Leader. This includes hourly production, retail sales, extra services, and other established performance goals

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintaining safety, sanitation, and health standard
• Assist with all jobs in the store as directed by the team leader(s) and be able to follow instructions
• Be a team player. Assist in any way to improve the experience of guests in a professional and pleasant work environment
• Continuing education to stay up to date on current styles and techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
