Yes, our stylists are guaranteed $22 per hour effective wage for your first 6 months!! “Effective Wage” includes all pay items = base wage + reported tips + bonuses, etc., whether full-time or part-time. After 6 months with our great salon teams and awesome customers, our average stylist is making more than $26 per hour!!
