Responsibilities:

• Perform the most beautiful and amazing Blowouts, Haircuts, Updos, Braids, and Styles.
• Shampooing, perform scalp massages and deep conditioning treatments within the time established for the service.
• Ensure a unique experience around BTP’s Parisian concept to keep coming back to clients by maintaining friendly conversations with them.
• Clean and maintain organized all the equipment and the corresponding area inside the salon.
• Sell additional services, hair products, and tools and suggest promotions. (Added Bonus structure and commission).
• Ensure a friendly and helpful work environment.
• Fulfill all the rules, scheduling, and coexistence manual of the salon.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current COSMETOLOGY LICENSE as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Exceptional Hair Styling Skills.
• Ability to provide an unforgettable experience in a Parisian environment with a passionate, caring, friendly and warm personality.
• High knowledge of beauty products and hair equipment used to prove quality and professional consultations.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Payment

Job Type: PART TIME/FULL TIME

1. Guaranteed hourly wage

2. Commission an bonuses on products, tools, add-on services sold

3. Tips (averages about $11/blow-dry)

5. Be on W2

* Our hairstylists typically average around $18-$28 an hour (with tip)
