Job description

Guest service agents answer telephone calls from guests seeking to make hotel reservations. They greet arriving guests, assign rooms, issue keys, and collect guest payment and billing information. The primary duty of a guest service agent is customer service.--to represent the highest standard of excellence in guest service.
Specific Expectations: You play an integral role in the ongoing relationships being built with every
client that visits your property. First impressions mean everything! Your friendly and
outgoing nature, as well as your flair for detail and outside-the-box thinking, will guarantee
every client you personally interact with will remember their experience you helped create.
Building memories is something that is important to you. You present your own special brand
of hospitality to everyone you come in contact with. Coworkers

No experience necessary but is beneficial. Must be proficient on a computer. Must be able to mulit-task and willing to do a variety of tasks.
