Duties and skills include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring room status
- Checking in and check out guest
- Answering the telephone
- Customer service oriented
- Knowledge of telephone operation and etiquette
- Knowledge of geological area as well as tourist attractions
- Ability to to mathematical calculations
- Basic knowledge of computer operations
