Department:McCalls's Community
Shift: FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY - STAFF WILL BE STAYING IN THE GROUP HOME WITH THE CLIENTS THAT THEY ASSIST.
Job Summary: Act as a role model for individuals with developmental disabilities, implement and monitor goals and behavior programs, assist the residents with preparing food to meet nutritional requirements and be a mentor to the residents in the program. Direct care staff help teach basic living skills such as; cleaning, personal care, medication administration. The Group Home position stays for the entire shift from Friday thru Sunday.
Qualifications:Must have a valid OK Drivers License and a clean driving record. Experience preferred.
